Sir,

Sub: False claim in my hdfc credit card by INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED

I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM.

i have received a message alert from HDFC Bank stating " Thank you for using your HDFC Bank credit card for 2000.00 in INDIAIDEAS.COM LIMITED-TA @ 04-MAR 01.42 PM".

i have not atall used online transaction today noon i.e.04.03.2009. only after receiving this sms i have checked my account online and blocked my card.

Can anyone please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal?

Else, please let me know by any way I can lodge a complaint with concerned authorities.
