India Infoline Branch Indore
Trading in F&O without my permission

Dear Sir,

I am having trading account in India Infoline Branch at Indore. I Opened this account when I used to work in Indore with M/S Force Motors Limited

Later in the month of March, I joined another company KLT Automotive at Pune (MS)

My compalaint is against my Relationship Manager (Sushma Sahu) regarding trading / buying of the shares in F&O without my permission.

As soon as I came to know about this, I telephonically complaint to Mr Avi (Branch Manager) from Pune. But nothing could be done as by the time she had resigned & joined some other company.

You would appreciate that, because of this buying, I have lost terribly, being a small investor.

Morover, later while reviewing the ledger, I found several times I was charged / panelised delay payment charges unnecessarily.

My request is to file my complaint & help me out with a recovery of loss, which has happend due to negligence of relationship manager of mine.

Company must recocile my account & the loss, which has occured to be compensated immediately.
