Sub: Full Refund of my un-used Ticket, as applicable with investigation against

Unethical code of conduct & un-professional behavior.

This is to state that I Amarjit Singh (PASSPORT No :. B5114401) S/o Sh. Harbhajan Singh R/o J-399, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi, have purchased a Return Ticket for Delhi To Bangkok, Bangkok To Delhi from M/s Travel World Holidays, having its office at A-2/132, First Floor, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi – 110027, Office No.25155958 & 45678888, the Ticket for the same was been Personally Booked & Delivered to me by Ms. Neha working there, on Cash Payment of Rs.15, 400/= and she also issued by Electronic Ticket Receipt Detail of the Flight, as follows :-

However due to some personal reasons I was not able to travel and thereafter when I informed the same to M/s Travel World Holiday they neither entertain my call nor took any action for the same and on repeated calls I was rather informed that nothing could happen now, but I personally went to AIR INDIA (IC) office to get, if possible any Refund on Un-used Ticket.

Wherein when I went to AIR INDIA (IC) department at Malhotra Building, C.P, person at reception opened by e- Ticket Receipt No.- 0583308112029, IC-1853 & IC – 1854.

I was absolute surprise & shock to learn that someone else has Travel from Delhi – to – Bangkok using my Ticket through IC-1853 and whereas the return part of Ticket from Bangkok – to – Delhi, i.e. IC-1854 was been cancelled by the Agency, i.e., Travel World Holidays and they have even taken the refund amount from AIR INDIA (IC) without even informing me.

I hereby request you to kindly thoroughly investigate the matter, as it is absolute cheating & fraud with me, special a Company which is duly registered with IATA - AGENCY IATA NO. 99999992.

M/s Travel World Holidays have mis-used my Ticket and even have cheated me as they have not refund me any amount till date.

I request you to take appropriate measure against such cheating & fraud, unethical & unprofessional code of conduct with customer and if within 7 days of receipt of this NOITCE I do not get any written reply from your end I shall legally precede, as applicable Criminal & Civil, Consumer Rights, Proceeding entirely at your cost & expenses.
