Non receipt of passbook

Sir,

I had requedte for the transferof thre pasbook on 26.5.08 from the Jamshedpuur Head postoffice (jharkhand) to Dudhichua Post office (pin-486889.MP).

1-MIS passbook (account no-4025108)

2.RD pass book (account no-122390)

3.Saving passbok (account no-263276)

Out of the above thre i have got the MIS pass book but the rest two i have not. I reqiest you to kindly look in to the matter. as the RD amount could not be dipositet due to nonrecipt of pass book who woll be responsible for it. The RD account is maturing on Dec 08.
