Non Cancellation of Post Paid Connection Despite Repeated Request

Sir,

I am operating Post Paid Mob Connection No 9810887913 since Jan. I was operatinng Corporate Plan. Airtel did not info me of my expiry of my plan so that i could renew it.

I now stand posted to J&K and do not need the connection. I have also recorded my request to customer service on 27Jan09 and been allotted Reference No 20425881. Numerous operators have called my up and tried to persuade me to continue my postpaid connection or change it to prepaid. I want to CLOSE MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

PLEASE INFORM ME MY BILLING AMOUNT AS ON 01FEB09, so that i can make necessary payments immediately ALONGWITH WHATEVER CONCESSIONS ARE DUE TO ME INCLUDING AS A CORPORATE CLIENT SINCE AIRTEL DID NOT INFORM ME IN ADVANCE OF MY SUBSCRIPTION RUNNING OUT.

I REPEAT THAT AFTER 01FEB09, I WILL NOT PAY ANY BILLS IF YOU CONTINUE MY CONNECTION. GET a customer service executive contact me within next 48 hours and i will pay my dues immediately upto 01Feb (do include any concessions due to me).
