Cash not delivered but amount debited from my account

Respected sir,

I was withdrawing Rs 1900 from my account (savings) from the SBI ATM sec-2, Noida but i received only Rs 200 and rest i didnt receive. I have my account in INDIAN BANK ACC no.-815668279, Branch- Mehrauli institutional area, Katwaria sarai. I also complaint in same SBI bank which is managing ATM of SBI ATM sec.-2 Noida, but they didnt take any action, so sir plz do the favour in this matter.
