My maternal uncle has booked a gas connection in the first week of February in Babarpur Gas Service. Wheever the staff of Babarpur Gas Service called him, he visited timely but they didn't deliver the cylinder on the one pretext or the other. The staff of the agency also didn't pay proper attention towards the customer and talk very badly. This is a common complaint the the customer.

The behaviour of the staff of Babarpur Gas Agency has brought bad name of your company and trying to get connections from other agencies.

May I request the authority to please look into the matter and take a surprise check fortnightly.
