Irresponsible behavior from customer care

Good morning,

I book gas 27/08, till now I cant receive cylinder, my booking number 6704, my consumer no:15174, I call to customer care 18002333555 that time your executive took complaint and told me call back…after 2 or 3 days again I call to same number..they told we are not took this complaint here you please call to this number 0495-2370213, again I call to this number a lady attend and replay you get gas today itself, I cant receive that day …again I try this number 08/10 more than 15 times they not attend my call ..at last I made call from cochin number that time they pick and told my Collette that agency have no stock, but 08102009 morning 2 full supply vehicle pass in manthavady town, our agency is manoj gas agency at manathavady,

My request

1. In all India please put a toll free number

2. Like a small companies staff doing not pick up …why u people doing this type of behavior

3. Agency and you people cheating a customer how we go forward a complaint

4. When I get cylinder?
