Sir,

Once again i request your kind attention. My case is still pending with you. I have not received even a satisfactory reply from your part. I personally

contacted Mr. Sibu. V.B, C.S I T, Cochin by phone several time and he agreed me that the product will replace at the earliest. I have furnished all details he requested..Now i lost all my patience. So i decided to fight legally.

Hence, take this as notice from me. I will give you one week time to settle

my case. Otherwise i will take legal step against the company.

Dear sir,

I Suresh Babu, had bought a lg lcd¢¢¢¢¢¢¢â‚¬Å¡¬â€¦¡¬¢¢â€š¬¦¡¬¢¢¢¢¢¢â‚¬Å¡¬â€¦¡¬¢¢â€š¬¦¾¢ monitor TV¢¢¢¢¢¢¢â‚¬Å¡¬â€¦¡¬¢¢â€š¬¦¡¬ model no-M227WA on 23 /09 from S.B.V Agencies Market Junction, Omalloor, Pathanamthi tta, Kerala, Ph no-0468-2352182, 2350182.After 1 month of purchasing the TV, it was not working properly.

I contacted our dealer and your customer care. Even after contacting them several times they failed to respond. After my repeated request, two technicians were sent. They told me that there was some problem with the tuner of the TV and it has to be changed They told that this is a new product and the parts are not available here. They also told me that they have to take the parts required from Chennai and it will take two Weeks time.

After two weeks I again contacted and they came to my place with a tuner for repairing the set. But they found that the it was not suitable for this model. They told me that they will follow up and as soon as possible. But till today there was no response from those people even after my repeated request. Some of my request ids are S9CC0502417 dated 05/12, S9CC1500440 dated 15/12, C1012004704 dated 20/12 etc. Today two technicians came with the motherboard, but it was worse than the one we have with us.

I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behavior of your technicians..The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the Quality Charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's. So at the end I request that you follow up my complaint as soon as possible and settle the issue.
