Distributor not delivering gas

Hi,

I have booked the refilling gas on last month through mobile but the venkata sai gas agencies is not delivering the gas when i contact 1st time they told me gas was returned due to no one is available at my home on 4th of this month but that whole day i was in the home when i called 2nd time they told me next day it will be delivered but one one came on 5th of this month, today i have call them again they told me today by evening gas will be delivers. I don't know what the fuck this guys are doing and govn also not taking it seriously always busy with corruption...
