Domestic Gas not Delivered

I am a customer of indane with customer no 13953 and have been registed with neelkanth Gas New delhi. I booked my gas cylinder since last two week, till 12 July 08 with Indian Gas toll free service (No-1260). No delivery has been made by the agency. I request concern authority look in-to this matter.
