Executive use Abuse Language

Dear Concern,

I have a gas connection with Hari singh Gas service, RZ-914, Prem nagar kirari road nangloi-41.the connection no is 23948

I Visited to Agency with my sister for Booking but the lady sitting there is simply refuse to book & a person stands near to him said: "(Very abuse Language) abhi booking nahi ho rahi" then we have made a booking on 1260 on 13-02-08 but till date we haven't receive the cylinder & no one is picking the phone on Given No. on Charge Slip, as them we are not able to book the Cylinder berfore 30 Days.

in breif the dealing with customers is bad no one picking call and supply is very bad & late

Pl look into the matter on priority basis otherwise u may loose ur Customer strenth day by day.
