Not received gas cylinde

D/sir,

My holding Gas connection no. V 2975 in Ashwarya Gas Agency, Umda Road, Bhilai. Last I have got cylinder on 31st August'2008 and booked after 21 days. But till date I have not received gas cylinder from the Agency. Several times I have talked over telphone but no porper response has been received. Every time they are telling cylinde will be supplied within two days. I have told them give me proper time otherwise I will compain. They told me that any where I may complain.

I request you to please arrange to provide gas cylinder as I am holding single cylinder.

Your early action will be highly appreciated.
