Dual payment of kotak credit card

Dear sir,

your executive call to me on behalf of the IHO card and apply four members .he gives the the instruction to me and i will do that.but my kotak credit cards said that two transcations are Rs.5000/-(the amount of Rs.10000/- is deduct my credit card account) i talk to kotak credit cards they give me the transaction ID: VT121600053000250000005 and cancel that dual transations regarding that IHO card.

i attached also the statements of kotak credit cards are below :
