Non supply of gas cylinders in time

Dear sir

I am a frustaited customer of the shushma gas service, a Indane gas distributor . first of all no one lifts phone in the office, if some one lifts phone he talks like that he is firing on the customer, they do not give booking numbers and say you have booked you will get when your turn will come.

The supply is is not given for 15 days even. The same time the refill cylinders are sold in black markets at swarn path Mansarover Jaipur by unauthorised people they are charging just double of the refill cost with the help of delivery bous and company.these cylinders are also available near at gurudwara at heera path also

please either instruct them to display the probable date of delivery and also the date of which supply is given every day. Please ask them to display the area supervisor address and phone number on the board outside the shop so that customers can contact the supervisors when their shops are closed.
