Late delivery of filled cilinde

Sir i am G.chaitanya krishna Residing in Ratna nagar, Choutuppal, Nalgonda Dist, Andrapradesh.i booked my indian gas connection on 29 th Jan. At that time when i booked they told to me we can deliver the celinder on 4th feb. 2009. But still now i didnot receieved my filled celinder.i asked them several times from 4th.that gas agency name VIJAYA gas agency.choutuppal.kindly take action on them.
