Delay in refill of LPG

I want to bring this into the kind notice of this forum; that despite booking for Refill of my LPG connection from Indian Gas on 1-Oct through tele booking, but still it has not been refilled. Meanwhile i had booked again at 8th October giving details of my previous Refill request but Alas!! still the refill is not done.

I am not facing this delay in Refilling of LPG for the first time. Everytime i make a complaint through email to IOCL officers but its all in vain. Furthermore i never get a Response through helpline line number or local GAS distributor.

It is a matter of Shame for IOCL that even after having a reputation of such a great PSU, its consumers' are in pathetic state and very dissatisfied.

Kindly look into this matter. It will be a big help to me
