Delivery of Gas Cylinder.

My consumer no.35032 and I am a resident of 100, Bipin Ganguly Road, Moira Bagan, Patipukur, Kolkata - 700030 (My cell No. is 9903150963) M/s Happy Home (Indane Gas), 909, Lake Town, Block ‘A’, Kolkata – 700 089 (phone no. 033-2534 4405/6521 0234) is the distributor for my connection. I booking 24th July when I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold.. I have been trying for more than 18 days) over phone continously for delivery the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them (033-2534 4405/6521 0234) remains busy and not answering. Every time I have to face this problem for delivery of gas cylinder due to excess to much amount claim by rifleman name Mr. Suresh & delivery the gas other consumer by excess amount taken without booking. I Sorry to say that Indian Oil goodwill be lost through this types of distributors and also rifleman

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
