Poor or no service

My consumer No. is 8895 . Iam a consumer of ARJUN ENTERPRISES, MUNIRKA NEW DELHI .

My problem is that the agency provides VERY POOR OR SOMETIMES NO SERVICE .

1.When I call them to book gas they do not pick up the the phone.

2.They even do not deliever that cylinder which i book through CENTRALISED BOOKING.

3.Delivery boy do not comes with weighing machine.

4.Cylinder not comes full.

5. Whenever they deliver, they DELIVER EXPIRY DATE CYLINDERS.

6 Do not come come when a LEKAGE COMPLAINT IS LAUNCHED.
