Not providing booked gas even after 2 weeks

Sir,

I am a customer of R.K. Agency, Hauz Rani, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-7.(Ph: 26676611). My consumer Number is-14810. I booked my gas 15 days before. I am not getting the gas even after two weeks. I made so many calls, they are always saying that, you will get the gas tomorrow...

Now may I request you to please do the necessary action against the above gas agency, so that we can have their proper service in future.
