Sir,

I have applied for DBC on dated 25.04.08 and deposited all the payment to M/s. Bachan Gas Service, Shimla Puri, Ludhiana (Distributor Code:62011080). I have visited their office many times, but every time their official are replied that DBC will take more time. Upto date nearabout six months time has already been elapsed, please let me know the minimum time of DBC and if Gas Agency is making me fool, then take action against them.
