Hello Sir,
My name is Rajesh Kumar, My consumer # 32368 with IOCL, I'm residing at Cochin, Kakkanad. Our local agency for IOCL here is Pooja Gas, Kakkanad. The people sitting here, don't even know the simplest way of speaking to the consumer. When ever we call, them for Booking, The speak in a rough way, and simply disconnect the call before we complete the conversation. And the lady sitting in the front desk, who has been placed there for taking booking behaves very rudely and she responds in a bad way. As a company IOCL is a reputed the company, but I feel, IOCL must realize the importance of consumer service, since the Peoples are paying money and ICOL is not doing any free service. They must do some initiative in catching the frauds happening at the agency as incidents of illegal gas traffic is happening every where. I'm experiencing this all the time when I'm calling them for Booking.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action to resolve the issue.
I also want to remind, IOCL, specifically there are lot Private gas agency coming up, if this continues to happen, IOCL will loose it's large customer base as I'm not the only one who is having such sought of grievance.
