Non delivery of Lpg Cylinder for about 11/2 months and till date

Sir,

I Booked Gas on 17 Apr at Sujanpur and till now it is not received. I was told by the agency of Sujanpur after number of calls. And they finally replied me that they registered as my Lpg cylinder was delivered at home. I am shocked and gone to agency and showed my Custemer Card. They had a blank faces. I borrowed from my friend even that is also Empty now. How Can U help me with this problem.
