I am a resident of 66.A.P.C.Road. Kolkatta- 700009. I have two cylinders since20-11-1981.My distributor is MS.BLUE FLAME, of 108/E, RAJR RAM MOHAN SARANI.KOLKATTA. 700009.My consumer No is

5228A.I have booked for the refilling. But my consumerscard NO. IOC/ER shows no entry since 2006. This may be due to that some times we book it by phone and get the filled cylinder at the said address or generally they book it on their computer so there is no entry after that date. I have received one refilled cylinder in the year 2008 in December, but there is no proof because I don't have the money receipt paid to the deliverey man. Now the distibutor refuses to book the cylinder and says that this matter has been forwarded to the head officeThey want a written letter along my address proof. Pleasae suggest some way to get out of this mess.
