Leaking LPG cylinder not being changed

I was delivered LPG cylinder on August 14. A week later, we realised that the cylinder delivered has a leakage problem. I called the our Indane gas distributor i.e. Dwarka Indane Service (TIN No. 07170251754, add: K-1/4, Rajapuri, Opposite Sector - 5, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110059).

a personnel came over and figured out that the problem is genuine and promised to send someone to change the leaking cylinder with a new one after verifying my receipts and all. Since then, I am repeatedly calling the centre and the request is falling to deaf ears. Considering my age and the gravity of the problem, it is alarming to see the negligence on part of Indane Distributor. My customer No is 7404 and address is 299, pocket-1, phase-2, sector - 14, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075.

It is also suprising to note that IOC Customer Service Cell - 1800111282, 23411282, the Hello Indane Helpline (24 hr leakage complaints no) - 9811178625 are not being picked up. Why the hell then they are printed in the cylinder delivery slip?

I look forward to speedy solution to my complaint.
