Non delivery of gas in time

Sir,

Sri. C.Soman, TC 10/1040, Mannamoola, Peroorkada. P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-5, is a member of our Association (Mannamoola Residents Association) and a customer of Indian Oil Gas since 7/1 (Customer No.4694). He is getting his domestic gas through M/s Sastri Gas Service, Kudappanakunnu. It's previous address was M/s Sastri Gas Service, TC 5/808 (3), Mannamoola Road, Peroorkada. P.O., Thiruvananthapuram (Distribution Code 50554298. For the past 5 years he was getting the replacement cylinder (filled up cylinder), only after a delay of 1 to 2 months. This is causing great hardships to him.

Kindly intervene and arrange to get the replacements in time, in future.
