Indian oil corporation, the distributor of Indane gas still remain in primitive age so long as request for Gas refill for domestic users are lodged with its dealers. Its officials are extramely customer hostile and always in support of its unscrupulous dealers. Dealers rarely pick up phones to receive request. In these days of voice mail, SMS, emai, IOC still trust its land lines which remain always engaged. I have seen its dealer keeping the phone line disconnected during office hours so that they can not be disturbed. My customer no. is 1224, distributor: AUrosikha at Kolkata
