Regarding exchange of money

Dear sir/ mam,

I m gurvinder singh working as mechanical engineer in Hero Honda Motors Ltd, Haridwar has encountered a problem during petrol filling at IOCL retail outlet situated at IIE SIDCUL, BHEL Haridwar.

At 2:30 PM on 5 may i have visited the outlet for getting petrol of 100 Rs for my Motorcycle. During this course of action i had given 1000 Rs note to the salesman and asked for remnant. Salesman returned 400 Rs and refused me to give another 500 Rs. The managing staff has also supported him. When i have asked for the bill and complaint Managing staff refused to give the same
