Gas Refill booked on 2/1/08 still not delivery of Gas Cylinde

Dealer Name: M/s Azad Gas Service, Naseeb Enclave, Near PSEB Office, Haibowal, Ludhiana.

The dealer is a real pain for its customers as he is rude and rowdy whenever any customer enquires about the status of his booking and is selling the cylinders through back doors at premium as a result genuine customers don't get cylinders for weeks together. In our case our gas refill was booked on 2nd jan' 08 after 45 days of last delivery and we were promised refill cylinder on 9th Jan' 08 but till 17th Jan' today we have not received our gas cylinder thus causing innumerable hardships.

COULD SUCH ERRANT DEALERS BE TAKEN TO TASK BY ANY OFFICIAL OF THE COMPANY???
