Booking and late delivery

Dear Sir,

We have been continuously facing the delivery of LPG gas after booking the gas at our Gas Agency "Yadu Indane Gas Seva", D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Indl Area

On repeated phone calls they promised to deliver after 7 days and do not turn up in the committed day and further keep promising some other date or disconnected the phone.

Our Consumer No:26980,

Booking No:31308, date of Booking:24/10/09.(Till today 8/11/09, the gas is not delivered)

We need the senior authority to look into the matter.
