Fault in service

We are the consumer of Indian Oil Company, Our consumer no is 54833 as we had booked the gas cylinder of on date since today we have not received the delivery of Gas Cylinder, On today I personally called the distributor in the noon the executive confirmed the delivery of the Gas by evening positively, but with great regret to say the Distributor failed in the commitment and we have no gas to prepare the Dinner tonight. I here want to put this to the notice of the concerned authority at least they should take care of the commitment towards their consumer. My cell no is 9718659969.
