Non delviery of gas refils intime

My name is K.Suresh Kumar My wife is an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Vatsala Gas Agency, Natesh Nagar, Virugambakkam, chennai 600 092.. My consumer number is 19618. I booked for a refill on 04/11 that is after 28 days of a cylnder supplied.when I book for refil the agency people said will take 10 daysand they did not get their supply. but till date ie. on 13-11-09) they have'nt delived the cylinder to us. when we phone several times regarding this, they are repeating the same answer (after 10 days) and they dint get their supply.

Now our both cylnders are exhausted. We are facing hell a lot problems.

But in the Media the Representative from Consumper protection council, Indianoil, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum says there is no such delay.

So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.
