Non- receiving of LPG gas on date

Dear Sir,

I have a Indian oil LPG connection from Mohan & Mohan Indane Star Distributor, shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Opp. kanishka Tower, Sector- 37, Faridabad (telephone number of the distributor 95129-2272112). I booked a gas refilling on 24/02 which was to be delivered on 04/03. i would like to inform you that I have a single cylinder connection and a long gap of delivery date is not affordable. Yet on 4th of March I was in quee at 8:30 am. And at 11:30am before my turn came they announced that they had no more filled cylinders and told us to come tomorrow. I would like to put some queries regarding this situation:

1. What is the use of delivery date if refilling can't be done on date?

2. How can we refilled cylinder on time?

3. In urgent situation, what is the process of obtaining a refilled cylinder?
