Extra amount collected when suppling cylinde

I am living in Thillainayagapuram village near Chidambaram approx 3 km. The supply of home delivery of indene LPG cylinder from SUBAM gas agencies, Chidambaram Rs 375. The actual rate of the cylinder Rs 342.50 (including delivery charge Rs 8). I am approaching the SUBAM Gas Agencies they will only supply the gas and collect amount Rs 375. The remaining amount there is no voucher or Bill. Please take the necessary action and how much amount I will pay? With 3km of cylinder from the Godden.
