Non receipt of lpg gas on time

Dear Sir's

I have booked the gas on 28/11 with your ageny Coastal at Mattanchery. They have given me the waiting list no : 5501. For past one week i have contacted them over phone to get the cylider immdtly. but they have confirming me that they will deliver the cylinder only after 2 weeks. Today evening also i have contanted them but replay is the same. Is it takes >42 days to deliver the gas cylinder???

Pls confirm whether there is a shortage?

Now my both my cyliders got exosted.

kindly do the needful to get the gas cylinder immdtly.
