Oil mix in petrol for 4strock bike

I was given oil mix petrol for my bike TVS Apache 150cc on AUG 06 and found some stress on engine and even spoke with bunk people and they say yes its true and cant do anything. I bought petrol for RS 200/-, and they should have told me if petrol mix and i was not the only guy. Many like dint know the fact and it cost my bike.
