Non delivery of letters and book posts

I am not getting any of the posts for the last seven months. Important documents sent from various offices are not received for the past months. On 3/1 postman from Russelpuram post office delivered me the letter from SBI, Trivandrum which they have sent me by post dated 04/06. Many loses are incurred to me because of your department`s irresponsibility. Please take immediate action for this delay of the posts and to get back my book posts asap which are now in delay. Please reply me in response to my complaint via email or by post.
