NON RECEIPT OF PERIODICAL SURVIVAL BENEFIT

I am having postal life insurance policy of Rs: one lakh with policy no: KT-AEA-148664-R dated 22nd february for a term AEA-15 at HPO/RAICHUR for which I am paying monthly primium regularly. For second survival periodical benefit of rupees twenty thousand which is due on 22-02 I have send original preimium receipt book with preimium paid upto March and Policy Bond original and claim letter dt 17-2 through Regd post from Raichur Naya Bazzar post office on 18/2 vide receipt no:1703 . but inspite of target date so for not received amount from your end.

If we pay the premium one day late also your department collecting penalty. hence you are requested to settle the amount with interest at the earliest to my address.
