Unable to redeem NSC

I had submitted 03 nos NSC - 37EE519791 to 93 at the post office in Assam Sachivalaya SO, Dishpur for transfer of the same from Indore GPO on 300808. The NSCs are not transferred so far. These were matured on 120908. Now I am not able to redeem the same though it is already 05 months over. I am not getting any positive response from the post office and not sure whether the same to be done. Matter was also referred to the website of Indian Postal Service vide complain no 100000-19191 but no action was taken on the ground.
