Reimburesement of e-ticket money

Hi,

I booked a ticket online whose details are given below. Ticket didn't get cleared so i expect ticket money to be reimbursed as per railway rules say.

All i got in response is a mail that money has been credited to my account but nothing like that happened in real world.

Please consider this matter seriously. Thank you.
