Non recived cancelled ticket charges

Hi

This is regarding my one ticket which I cancellled in the month of May on 30th. After that I have submitted TDR for the same as it was cancelled manually as that time Indian railway system was down.

I also sent scanned copy and all requried documents to Bangalore as well as Delhi TDR office. Then also after 5 months this amount still pending.

I have called no of times to them but I never got any ve response.

I request you to tak some action to help me solve this issue. I have paid from my Credit card and around 4606 amount has to come back. For this I made more then 1000 Rs STD.

Cancelled ticket on 30th May.
