Drags

With due to state that I want to tell you a complain regarding drags. Some person takes drags in the Meerut Shattle from Meerut to Delhi at Morning. The place for taking drags is second compartment (DEBA) after the Ladies Compartment (DEBA).

I request you to please take a necessary decision in this matter.
