Regarding improvement in sleeperclass

Every person this days use mobiles, most of the trains sleeper class dont have charging facility even charger box is there but not functioning, even toilets dont have mugs atleast this facility should be given to sleeper class. I am travelling by 8645 east cost exp condition of this Train is very worst my pnrnumber is 1407938019 even train authority is not giving to complain book.
