Harassment by indian railway

Sir,

I undertook journey by 9224 Jammu-Ahmedabad Exp from Pathankot to Bikaner. the reservation ticket worth Rs 194 (PNR NO 262-2603450) issued to me has wrongly reflected my age as 67 instead of 37, which was noticed by me just 2 hrs before departure. i brought it to the notice of Reservation office Chakki Bank as i was about to board train from this station, they redirected me to Reservation Office Pathankot. there they advised me to buy an additional general ticket and request onboard TTE to make a fresh reservation ticket. Accordingly i bought a general ticket K52781423 worth Rs 131. The TTE on Board did not agree and he imposed surplus and fine and issued a ticket no 542167 and took another Rs 340 from me. i had everything matching on my ticket except my age .i proved my identity by showing my Air Force ID Card. Inspite of this he imposed fine.

Eventhough the mistake was committed by reservation clerk and staff of Indian Railway. it was me who was made to pay for their sin. request suitable action may be taken against them and my money may be returned.
