Loss of luggage from train

My father n uncle were travelling from Lucknow to chandigarh by Lko Cgd express last night in 3ac compartment.

They slept around 12 at night. But in morning when they woke up they found there luggage missing which includes important things n expensive gadgets. They complained to TT N the CRPF gaurads in the train. But they responded very casually to their report.

In such a good class compartant security leak is a matter of shame for ur department.

They were not attended properly by the staff at all.

We need a full compensation for luggage lost or find it back.

I will further b going to RTC FOR THIS.

How could a get compensation in a matter like this one?
