Deteriorated Timing Schedule

Dear Sirs,

Reference to my complaint for Train No. SNP7 from Palwal to Shakur Basti. We are boarding in this train from Tuglakabad. The reaching time of train at Tuglakabad Station is 17:02 p.m. but this train is getting late 30 to 45 minute in daily routine. Due to this we are missing our Train No. 4085 Tilak Bridge to Sirsa from Tilak Bridge station. Most of the passenger traveling in this train for Rohtak and Bhiwani.

You are kindly requested to take the necessary step on this.
