D/Sir,

I was traveling through train no 3149 kanchankanya exp to Sealdah to NJP via ticket no 7456066The train arrived at NJP at 7.00 am . unfortunately I can’t wake up and

Hardly manage to get off from the train at siliguri Junction which is almost

5-10min. journey . at the same city. In the hurry I lost my some important things I couldn’t were my shoe also. I was very upset and trying to inform my driver to come at home who was waiting at NJP . In that time a ticket collector heard our conversation and want my ticket. I gave him the ticket then he want ticket from NJP to Junction which Is very negligible amount of fare. He asked me to give Rs 600. I denied and told him several time that what is actually happened But he threatened me and told me that if I don’t agree to give him the amount He will call GRP and also told me that they will sent me to the hospital. I want to give my Extra charge of fare to him but officially. He was very angry but I bound him to give me the receipt. He charged me actual Rs. 18.00 as fare and excess fare Rs 250.00 via excess fare ticket receipt no 899153 dated 16.04.08.

I supposed to know that railway authority recruit these people to provide service to their customer . but I was very shocked to see that how they want to make money by using their power. Now I want to know is that a valid receipt his signature is also there. I think railway authority must teach them to co operate with the passenger not to use railway for their own profit.
