Eticket cancelled ticket amount not refunded

I m still waiting to refund my money. As per your mail, it will be refunded after one weak. But it more then 15days after receiving your mail still I m waiting for my money. Please tell me the status.

I booked ticket from my account jagjeetgil 20.07.2011 from Jabalpur to Ahemadabad and amount of Rs-1272.5 (including bank charges) paid from my credit card. I cancelled the ticket, but no amount refunded till date. I am also trying to contact on help desk number, but getting no response.

As I am unable to login I don’t know the status of my refund and ticket detail.

Please confirm status of my refund.
