Refund of Ticket Amount

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had one Confirmed e ticket with PNR_NUMBER : 6324296982 from Bhubaneswar to Howrah. Unfortunately the train was cancelled because of some reason. The Ticket amount was not refunded to my bank account till now, though IRCTC assured to rund the same within 90 days. Please sugest the step of action.
