No refund against TDR filed on 16-07

I filed a TDR on 16-07 for refund of e-ticket amount (Rs. 3308=00) but as of now no refund has been made. I tried to call the authorities concerned several times but to no avail and their responses were simply pathetic.

Please note that passenger could not travel on the scheduled date on account of railway track problem and the train was scheduled to travel up to Bhadrak only.
